Great Prairie AEA students from Davis County, Fort Madison, Maharishi School, Ottumwa, and Van Buren County enthusiastically took part in a captivating event called the Design Dash on May 8 in Iowa City. This event, organized by the Jacobson Institute and the Iowa EdTech Collaborative, aimed to inspire high school students and educators by immersing them in a fast-paced, one-day entrepreneurial experience.
During the Design Dash, participants collaborated in teams to tackle real-world challenges using innovative entrepreneurial approaches. The event encouraged students to think creatively and develop solutions that drive progress and innovation. The energy and dedication displayed by the GPAEA students were commendable.
At the end of the Design Dash, many of the participating students from Great Prairie AEA were recognized and honored for their outstanding teamwork and problem-solving abilities. These accolades served as a testament to their hard work and commitment throughout the event.
