The Great Prairie Area Education Agency Brain Injury Team assists building level teams in preparation for the student's return to school following a brain injury, serves as a liaison between hospital rehabilitation staff and local districts, provides consultation to building level teams in the design and delivery of educational services, provides professional development for local districts and facilitates the procurement of resource material for educators and parents.
